Tippy Tap (Picture Card)

A$50.00

In the Greater Sepik region of Papua New Guinea, many families have never had the opportunity to access basic health education, and frequently become ill with life-threatening diseases. Without education and access to a solution, many were washing their hands in the same river they washed their clothes and bodies in. The tippy tap provides a safe and clean method for the community to wash their hands, consisting of simple, cost-effective materials that are easy to build, use and maintain. While the tippy tap prevents the spread of infection and disease, it is also a source of pride and comfort for the community. Your gift will provide a community with their own tippy tap, so that everyone can wash their hands with soap and water.

Please note: this card is a digital download. You can print it at home, at a printing facility like Officeworks, or send it by email to your chosen recipient.
